Made during a weekend away at an AirBnB with a couple of friends.

• onion
• red pepper
• fresh tomato
• cilantro
• parsely

We added a few extras of:

• roasted tomatillo
• jalapeno
• sweet peppers

For a really nice, simple, delicious breakfast.
