Made a weekend shakshuka in personalized pans, thanks to a gift from my sister! ❤️
I tried something new - Yachin's pre-made shakshuka sauce base - as a way to speed up the end result. Added an onion, plenty of garlic, 3 jalapeño peppers for kick, smoked paprika, and cumin.
I used fresh eggs that I had personally harvested a couple of days earlier during a volunteer event, and topped off with some 6-month aged Manchego cheese.
Overall tasty, and very little kick from the peppers, and generally too sweet.
Needs anything else? Served with toasted pumpernickel bread
