A green shakshuka that's worthy!

A creamed spinach base, with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and topped with goat cheese and pesto, this delicious dish made my tummy happy.

The location we went to was in the beach-side area of Ashdod, and they were very cognizant of any allergens. (Thankfully, we don't have any!!)

It was a Kosher spot, with the ability to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions.

Came with a lot of sides:

• labneh cheese spread
• herbed tahini
• what we believe was a roasted pepper spread
• a lovely personal loaf of bread

Portions were extremely generous, we couldn't finish everything, and took our leftovers to go.

Needs anything else? Coffee!
